I went to UIS basketball game tonight and I have never been so close to vomiting at a sporting event. First of all, for those who don't know, the 'mascot' or 'symbol' for the University of Illinois at Springfield are 'Prairie Stars' . . . yes . . . fucking Prairie Stars. The point is that no one in their right mind can get hyped up by chanting let's go prairie stars without being a bit....mad.....like a crazy scientist.... Anyway, there was a group of fruitcakes - maybe 10 - chanting and standing and hootin/hollerin the whole game as if it mattered. I wanted to just tell them that they go to a fake university but I was choking back some ribs I ate earlier. As if this isn't bad enough, they had a halftime show . . . with dancers . . . female . . . and one bloblike creature. They grinded on each other...with parents in the crowd... UIS managed to win the game, but I died a little inside tonight. Champaign has some serious competition out here in the mentally unstable category.

Prairie Stars? How do they get anybody to play on the team? I mean seriously. What kind of fucking guy would want to play for a team called the Prairie Stars?!
I hereby call for a boycott of University of Illinois at Springfield sporting events. Unless you are really desperate. In that case, drink a lot, and go home with the fat cheerleader.
Coincidentally, all the cheerleaders are fat...and although there is no boycott taking place right now, you wouldn't guess that from the 10 aforementioned retards and 25 some-odd jackasses watching the games
Well if nothing else at least you can get some sweet Prairie Stars gear. I mean who doesn't want to advertise themselves as a star of the Prairie?
stars of the prairie kind totally rock my balls to the wall
You failed to mention who your coach is, I may be wrong, but i think you said that it is former celtic kevin gamble. that is kind of cool. dominican university has the nickname of the stars, and the logo of the dallas stars. that looks cool. prairie stars sounds like some sort of collection of grade school students who did good on an acheivement test in public school. the prairie star of the week is patty mccahill for getting in the 95th percentile in the science reasoning portion of the CAT test. she was awarded a plaque at a small ceremony and got her picture in the river forest forest leaves. she said that she "is happy to have a plaque" when asked about the honor on tuesday.
tell patty i thnk plaques are cool and that they also rock my balls to the wall. tell her congrats and good luck with her inaugeration into nerd-dom.
